Before that we were not published any ISSN article on the base of the UGC Guidelines. All the previous publications are valid on the legal basis. And anyone can claim to UGC for their pre publication before the date of UGC’s announcement on 11th Jan. 2017 regarding the Approved list of the Journal. Hence, any publisher or Journal has not been responsible for any previous publishing before the time of UGC listed the journals’. It’s a matter of any Author’s claim not for us.
